 ture of the spine and posture.Main risk factors for stress symptoms at wor
 k.Work positions and physical fitness. What is desirable\, what is not\, a
 nd why?Use of basic aids.Examine different needs for different aids and ho
 w to apply for assistive devices.Co-operation and the impact of morale in 
 the working relationship between work leaders and personal assistants. OBJ
 ECTIVES: Participants gain insight into how the body's musculoskeletal sys
 tem works.That participants understand the importance of desired physical 
 exercise.That participants can assimilate and guide others in work positio
 ns that are considered desirable.Participants gain insight into how differ
 ent aids are suitable for different individuals and/or situations and are 
 familiar with the application process for assistive devices.The lessons wi
 ll be broken up with discussions about the participants' daily tasks as ne

 o guide new assistants on proper physical application and use of assistive
  devices\, to promote the well-being of assistants at work and improved as
